I see them doing on other streams. So you can either do by the !gamble mechanic or have people do a poll "Is Haka going to get shot for the rest of shift", set it up as a yes/no and people bet however many points they want.

I know, The problem with watching once POV is you get a very narrow picture of what is happening, you don't get the full story. The other thing to remember this is GTA, the game is literally built around crime and gangs and shootouts. The problem is not necessarily the amount of shootouts, especially in recent times, just more about the obvious imbalance that is inherent, for many multiple reasons.
