still think they need to go back to ARR style tank swaps where you're just playing "how low can you go" due to stacking debuffs and what not.

Can't think of a single buster in the entire raid tier that wasn't able to be handled with invulns.

There's always been occasional anti-cheese like DoT busters making it so tanks can't just invuln or they tip over once the invuln is gone.

The thing about XIV is that a lot of mechanic sequences could be cheesed or totally broken if even one person is permitted to just mit and ignore it.

90% mit would allow them to ignore mechanics so I'll be very surprised if it goes live like that.

XIV tends to just put a death DoT on those so touching them at will kill you.

The modern mechanics tend to more often then not feel like there's only one correct solution that won't get you killed.

I still feel like they need to loosen up mechanics and go back to the HW/SB style of doing things.

I think the biggest thing would be making the weekly tomestone cap easier to hit because none of the methods of doing that are fun.

People just want more stuff to do, not to spend less time doing the stuff that is there.

I feel like they somewhat misunderstood what was causing fatigue by introducing the weeklies/battle pass stuff.
