later when I go to the gym I am gonna need caffeine do I get a quad shot of espresso and at a protein shake to it or do I get a sugar free caramel iced protein latte and add my protein shake to it the difference would be I get 40g of protein adding it to the latte but also 350 cals or only 30g of protein for like 180 cals 😂
