i met with his dad, the attorneys and the judge today to file a motion, judge cleared the motion. I told the judge i wanted the charge removed so it wouldnt ruin his life. I told judge everything else is what he see's fit. So i gave that power to the judge and he saide he'll give the judgement tomorrow.
