however I can see why dreamhack say no just because people are being themselves and might not do that when they are out normally so should be a safe space for the cosplayers etc
I find it weird that if I'm in a high street I can video/take pics you as much as I want as it's a public space.
I think alot is a respect thing - my mates saw some insane cosplay people so we just asked, are we able to take a picture and they were like hell yeah
so it's a hard one, as is it classed as a public space? however dreamhack should be a safe space for cosplay etc to be themselves etc
