ahaha
Well those losses come out of the money you give them previously; so it's really only for if you want them to be all happy about not losing and/or you want to get the superball and other items
Battles you aren't present for take 3k each, which is a separate mechanic; but even if they don't have enough funds it's just a loss that doesn't affect you if you only care about phoenix and huge materia
You get about about, or a little under, half what you spent (your units cost 400-500, you get 200 per survivor).
Attacker is weak to the guy that was next to the beast I think
It actually tries to stop donations at 30k, but if you are at 29k and give 5k it will let you hit the variable limit (signed 8-bit) of 32767
Like there are supposed to be 50 enemies or something, and then 5 kills in the game gave up and just gave me the victory.

limit has a chance formula involving RNG
I didn't test all mods, but I did check that 7th heaven loader is able to load mods for the newest Steam version, including the Echo-S7 voice acting mod
In vanilla you can draw constantly and afaik they don't run out; you're only limited to getting up to 100 per party members.
It shouldn't be able to go down like that when you're above the average. I would say it's a bug on their end. Or maybe their calculation overshot and then corrected.
I would guess the non-confirm talk will be TT or something.
