When you start the next loop, the word "Hello!" is written on the wall above the phone. Move to the foyer and examine the "calling to me from" message, then return to the phone and examine "hello!", then go back to the foyer. Notice that the letter L is now on the wall - continue moving back and forth from the foyer to the phone until the message reads "I can hear them calling to me from HELL," then pass down the stairs and through the door to move into another loop
