How to Change Difficulty If you have updated your game to the latest version (released April 2026), you can now find these options in the settings: Open the Main Menu. Navigate to Settings (Gear icon). Go to the Gameplay or Accessibility tab. Look for Difficulty Level. You can now choose between Easy, Normal, and Hard. Have you updated?

Crimson Desert does not allow you to change difficulty; the game uses a fixed difficulty curve that scales with your progression, gear, and skills... This is what I found
