when I went from 120 5'7 skinny shredded with lean muscle to 150 gained 30 pounds of fat i was able to bench more just because my body had to carry 30 extra pounds every day

bro put on at least 10 pounds of fat 20 or 30 preferably and lift even once a week or even wait till you chill bulking you will be able to push a bit more in the gym even without lifting just putting on fat
