HA yeah I slow cooked my 8lb pork shoulder for 16 hours. the bone fell out like silk. drained 75% of the fat/grease, skimmed 90% of the fat leaving the rest and poured in my homemade bbq sauce and I've been eating it daily since and lloving it. so good
